Weight changes have not affected his chest. Now that he has received gynecomastia surgery, he is pleased with the results and feeling confident again!

17 year old man who complained of a longstanding history of chest fullness. This started at puberty and had been a persistent issue despite being in better shape. He underwent a gynecomastia (male breast reduction) procedure to remove excess chest fullness and has regained his confidence!

Gender: Male Age: 42 Description: Patient is a pleasant 42 year old white male who complains of chest fullness (gynecomastia) and chest asymmetry. He is 4 months after bilateral chest reduction using liposuction and a periareolar incision.
Patient 8
Gender: Male Age: 49 Description: Patient is a 49 year old WM who complains of pointy and noticeable nipples and firmness behind the nipples. He is one year after liposuction of the chest for gynecomastia.
Patient 7
Patient is a 27 year old WM who complains of fullness in the chest despite exercising and eating correctly. He has had this fullness throughout his teenage years and has impacted his confidence. He is now only 6 months after liposuction of the chest using small incisions. He has had permanent correction of the fullness and feels more fit and less feminine. He is back to regular activity and feeling confident again!
Patient 6
Patient is a pleasant 20 year old WM who complains of fullness in the chest despite exercising and eating correctly. He has had this fullness throughout his teenage years and it has stopped him from going to the beach and pool. He does not feel comfortable without his shirt. He is now only 6 months after liposuction of the chest using small incisions. He has had permanent correction of the fullness and feels more fit and less feminine. He is back to full activity and ready for the beach!

Gender: Male Age: 30 Description: Patient is a 30 year old WM who has had concerns about gynecomastia. He is now one year after chest liposuction and removal of the redundant tissue behind the nipple.

Gender: Male Age: 49 Description: Patient is a 49 year old white male who complains of chest fullness (gynecomastia) and projection through his tshirts. He has not been at a swimming pool for several years. He is 4 months after liposuction of the chest and is swimming again.

Gender: Male Age: 21 Description: Patient is a 21 year old athletic male who complains of his nipples sticking out of t-shirts (Gynecomastia). He is 3 months after chest reduction and has a flatter chest with nipple flattening.

Gender: Male Age: 26 Description: Patient is a 26 year old WM who complains of nipple projection (gynecomastia). He has tried weight loss with no improvement. He is 6months s/p bilateral chest liposuction and gynecomastia reduction.
